　　（芙蓉27日訊）武吉甲巴央區州議席服務中心，聯合森州民主行動黨3個支部，訂於10月10日晚上7時，在芙蓉明佫酒家舉行民主行動黨42周年晚宴。　

大會主席李國華指出，聯辦這場晚宴的3個支部分別是行動黨芙蓉支部、武吉甲巴央支部、芙蓉新城支部。　

他也是芙蓉新城支部主席，他說，這場晚宴將會推行守時運動，晚上7時15分奏國歌及上菜，希望已購票者準時出席。　

他說，受邀出席該晚宴的中央領袖包括中央政策與策略委員會主席林吉祥、永久名譽顧問曾敏興、森州主席陸兆福，而雪州行政議員郭素沁則仍未答覆會否出席。　

他說，晚宴分為兩種票券，即一桌1000令吉的名譽券及一桌500令吉的貴賓券，目前已售出80席，有興趣者可向武吉甲巴央區州議席服務中心購票，電話是06-7614557。　

他今日在記者會上作出上述披露，出席者包括武吉甲巴央區州議員兼芙蓉支部主席謝琪清、萬茂區州議員兼武吉甲巴央支部主席黃美美、汝來州議員葉耀榮、森行動黨組織秘書李光興等。　

他說，當晚將會安排歌手演唱助興，並會在現場展開籌募黨所基金，希望出席者給予鼎力支持。

Ribuan terima kasih kepada semua yang hadir pada malam itu, kehadiran kamu telah menghantar satu mesej kepada kerajaan BN bahawa rakyat tidak setuju dengan kegunaan ISA. Walapun Sdri Teresa Kok dan wartawan Sinchew telah dibebaskan, tetapi dalam 'University of Kamunting'(sepertimana yang saya hujahkan dalam malam itu), ada lagi 60 lebih orang lagi masih dipenjarakan termasuk Raja Petra, Hindraf 5. Mereka semua dipenjarakan bukan kerana telah dihakim oleh Mahkamah, tetapi mereka ditahan tanpa bicara, hanya satu orang--Dato' Seri Syed Hamid， Menteri Dalam Negari yang memputuskan sama ada seseorang patut ditahan atau tidak. Kadang-kala sebab yang beliau berikan sangat melucukan, seperti wartawan sinchew 'untuk menyelamatkan dia daripada bahaya', kalau begitu, Johor Bahru yang sering berlaku perompakan, patutkah semua rakyat Johor Bahru kena ditahan dengan ISA?

Perjuagan untuk mansuhkan ISA mesti diteruskan, undang-undang ini yang zalim, tidak munasabah perlu dihapuskan dengan segera!!

I would like to thank you all of you who attended the candlelight vigil and protest against ISA. Your present has send a clear message to the government that Malaysia disagreed with ISA. Although Sdri Teresa and Sinchew reporter has been released, but there are 60+ innocent are still 'studying' in 'University of Kamunting', some of them has been there for as long as 6 years(maybe their results just too bad). Amongst the 60+, including the latest victim Raja Petra, the Hindraf 5, they never tried before an open court, under the principle of 'everyone shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty', but the 60+ may not even have committed any wrongdoing, but they are in the detention center based on a person opinion, our Home Minister, previously also our Prime Minister Pak Lah, now Dato' Seri Syed Hamid. Their opinion sometime can be absurd and unreasonable, for example, the reason given when Sinchew Reporter was arrested because 'her safety was under threat', what a dumb, absurd and pathetic reason to justify an arrest under the inhuman ISA. If that can justify the used of ISA, then Johor Bahru where its peoples were threatened by snatch theft, should all of them be 'protected' by ISA?

War against ISA must continue until such draconian law is ablolished!!

多谢那天出席废除内安法令烛光会的各位。您的出席虽然可能是微小的贡献，但是已经向政府送出了一个强烈的讯息--人民对内安法令的不满！！虽然郭素沁同志以及星洲日报记者陈云清已经被释放，但是在‘甘文丁大学’里头还有超过60位人士被扣留着！这60人里头包括了刚被送进去就读的拉惹柏特拉，5位兴权会领袖。他们都是在未经审讯，没被法官定罪的情况之下被送进监倉，在法律面前人人平等，没被定罪之前每个人都是无罪的法律精神低下，扣捕他们两年是不合理和残忍的。这六十多位人士就在一个人的决定下被送进扣留营几年，而这人就是我们的内安部长。我们的内安部长给的理由有时很‘可爱’，比如说记者陈云清被扣留时，他说‘为了保护记者的安全’。那我们这些市民每天面对着掠夺匪的威胁，我们岂不是要劳烦到部长援引内安法令来‘保护’我们？

废除内安法令刻不容缓，我们必须继续战斗下去！！

抗议部落客RPK被送进甘文丁

刚得知部落客拉惹拉惹柏特拉在60天扣留期还未届满之时，今早已经被内长援引内安法令第8条文直接送往甘文丁延扣两年。

我强烈谴责政府援引内安法令未经审讯扣留人民两年以及试图打压言论自由的做法。政府先是违背了推展超级多媒体走廊时的承诺，封锁了今日大马的网站，在熙熙攘攘多天后，终于在9月11日解封今日大马的网站，但翌日却立刻援引内安法令逮捕了该网站作者拉惹柏特拉，这种做法只是变相的干预网络自由！！

此外，我强力反对内安法令的存在。任何人在未经过公开审讯判定有罪，是不符合法律与司法精神。如果内政部长和警方有足够的证据，就把案件交给检察司让检察司在现有的法律把嫌犯提控上一个公开的法庭，也让嫌犯有一个辩护的机会，而不是由一个人或者一小撮人说了就算。

为了抗议拉惹柏特拉被直接送入甘文丁扣留营以及表达废除内安法令的决心，请大家告诉大家，踊跃出席今晚的废除内安法令烛光会！！

An exciting and eye opener morning for me.
Together with Rasah MP Loke Siew Fook and my assistant, we visited Kampung Sebir near Jalan Labu which apparently falls within our constituency.
Kampung Sebir was a small village inhabited by about 60-70 indigenous people or orang asli.

We was understand that recently there is a businessman who have got the permission from the authority to cut down trees and sold it for business purposes next to the customary reserved land of the villagers. However, the businessman has recently cut down a few trees which the villagers claimed belong to their area. However, legally speaking, whose land the trees belong to was still unidentified as Jabatan Penghutanan officer has not shown up this morning to tell us.

We was welcomed by the villagers this morning. It surprised me whereby the male wore their traditional headgear, each representing their status in the society. We was told to be seated on the floor as a matter of respect to the 'adat'.

The meeting turn out to be one of the like 'Mahkamah Penghulu' which forms as the lowest court in our Judicial system. It definitely excite me when i see such 'trial'. As a lawyer, i had learned about this Mahakamah Penghulu, but have not seen it in my life even in the capacity as a lawyer. It is eye opener and honour for me to have witness such proceeding as Mahkamah Penghulu is almost extinct in the system. The 'hearing' today was to try the trespasser(the businessman) and pass a sentence according to their customary law.

It was chaired by the Penghulu-Tok Batin and a panel of 'jury'. The businessman seems at last has compromised and ready to accept the sentence pass by the Tok Batin and the 'jury'. However, the panel failed to decide on the sentence to be place to the 'criminal' and asked to postpone to another date as they need to discuss in some sort of 'chamber of justice' (couldn't remember the exact name, but i think it was 'Bilik Kehakiman').

Indigenous people, the true Bumiputera in Malaysia, they are not penumpang, not migrant has been neglected in areas such as culture, education, health, human rights and the environment. Steps must be taken to preserve their natural habitat and culture, international guidelines and declaration such as Declaration on the Rights of the Indigenous People which adopted by the United Nations and Malaysia as a signatory country should have observed the said Declaration.

Although the trio arrested under ISA on 12Sept, two has been freed including Sinchew reporter Tan Hoon Cheng and Selangor Senior Exco Teresa Kok. However, it must not be forgotten that blogger Raja Petra Kammarudin, the 5 HINDRAF leaders P. Uthayakumar, M. Manoharan, R. Kenghadharan, V. Ganabatirau and T. Vasanthakumar who were being arrested almost a year ago, and about 60 others are stil behind the bar.

I condemned such an action taken by the police and BN government, the use of ISA agaisnt political opponents and media worker was simply unjust, unfair and unreasonable. It is my stand as a lawyer and DAP state assemblyman to adopt the motion pass during the Bar Council Extraordinary Meeting today and go against the existent of ISA. No one shall be deprived of his freedom without a fair trial, it is a basic human right that everyone was entitled to a fair and open trial and everyman is innocent until proven guilty. The existent of ISA has violated such principle whereby everyman on the street can be arrested and put to the jail based on one man discretion, that is the Home Minister. The existent of ISA or any law which allows detention without trial present cruelty, inhuman, and unconstitutional.

We thank you for the present at the candle-light vigil held in Lobak on Thursday night. I will hold another candlelight protest against ISA to call for the government to abolish the ISA and release the ISA detainees immediately. The details are as follows:

訂車留影印本．接寬頻月結單,婦女身分證被盜用

（芙蓉10日訊）華裔夫婦買車不成，揭發身分證被盜用，先后遭人向兩家通訊公司申請流動寬頻（Broadband）服務。
這對華裔夫婦是在收到通訊公司寄出的月結單時，才驚覺身分證被盜用，所幸及時發現，拖欠的款項僅百余令吉。
事主為來自芙蓉的戴福祥（37歲，光學師），他今日在武吉甲巴央州議員謝琪清的陪同下在記者會上指出，他與妻子于今年6月在吉隆坡訂購一輛二手車，由于遇上汽車起價，所以他們最后沒有買下該車，也沒向車行取回文件，包括身分證影印本。
他說，兩個星期前，他接到明訊公司寄來的月結單，指其妻子名下註冊的電話號碼共欠下百余令吉的費用，事實上他們都不曾註冊該號碼。
他指出，他過后向明訊公司查詢，並在事后針對此事報案。
他披露，一星期前，他又接到U Mobile公司寄來的月結單，又是以其妻子註冊的號碼欠下70多令吉的費用，再次揭發身分證被盜用的事件。
他說，根據他查問得知，上述兩個號碼都是用作申請通訊公司的流動寬頻服務，過后他也針對此事再度報案。

應確保用戶身分
他披露，雖然他不確定不法之徒在何處取得太太的身分證，但其太太不曾遺失過身分證，只是身分證影印本曾交過給二手車行訂車而已。
針對上述事件，謝琪清促請各通訊公司接受新用戶申請時，應確保用戶身分及資料是否準確，以免出現用戶身分遭第三者盜用，最終連累無辜的公眾。
他說，特別是一些通訊公司的代理以抽佣的方式招攬顧客，所以可能會引致上述問題，所以電訊公司有責任確定申請者身分的準確性。

民行要訴芙市會

（芙蓉9日訊）民主行動黨擬針對“武吉則當第二期花園封路”事件，把芙蓉市議會起訴上庭！

武吉甲巴央區州議員謝琪清指出，森行動黨律師團成員，即約翰芬南迪律師、蕭金良律師、威拉班律師及他本人，已著手研究通過法律途徑，控告芙蓉市議會，要求市議會重新開啟該路段。

“109個人簽名就可封路，市議會在封路事件上十分過分。”

他說，在武吉則當封路期間，行動黨沒有提議封路，而是認為要改路。

他說，行動黨律師團已討論兩個法令，視哪個法令可被使用，入稟法庭的工作很快會進行。

謝琪清昨晚出席亞沙新村群和園拿督公千秋寶誕致詞時，宣佈上述事件。

繞道而行惹不滿
武吉則當第二期通芙蓉新城的捷徑，也是亞沙區及芙蓉新城駕駛人士經常用來穿梭兩地的要道，唯在居民強烈反對下，于8月19日被封鎖，引起駕駛人士怨聲載道。

目前他們都被逼繞道而行，大喊不便。

據了解，靠近該捷徑的武吉則當第二期40戶住家，由于無法忍受許多使用該捷徑的交通工具所帶來的噪音，影響居民的生活安寧，所以逾百名居民通過集體簽名方式，要求芙蓉市議會關閉此捷徑。
