塌桌鐵架夾損男童手指 家屬不滿安親班拒承擔醫藥費
（芙蓉25日訊）1年級華裔男童在安親班與同學玩耍時，被塌下的桌子鐵架夾傷手指，導致左手兩根手指骨折及神經線受損而留下缺陷，無法完全康復。
令其家人不滿的是，安親班院長在事后沒有誠意負起責任，甚至拒絕承擔孩子的醫藥費。

任職羅厘司機的父親李志基（35歲），今日通過武吉甲巴央州議員謝琪清律师召開記者會，講述事發經過。
他說，其7歲兒子李良駿在1月5日開學時就讀芙蓉加拉賓華小，由于他與太太都有工作，放學后把孩子送到學校附近的安親班。
他指出，1月8日傍晚6時許，其太太前往安親班接兒子回家途中，接到院長來電告之孩子發生了意外，當太太抵達安親班時，看到孩子手指受傷，緊忙將他送入哥倫比亞醫院。
他說，醫生為孩子的手指止血和照X光后，由于醫院床位爆滿，孩子被安排進入華人接生院，為左手兩根受傷的手指縫針及住一晚，隔天才轉回哥倫比亞醫院。
他說，根據醫生披露，兒子共有3根手指受傷，其中食指和中指傷勢較重，而且有骨折和神經線受損，無名指只是割傷。
他披露，其兒子在醫院治療至本月14日才出院，但每天都必須回返醫院洗傷口和換藥，此情況預計要持續2個月，過后還要進行物理治療。
令家人心痛的是，目前未有醫生能向他們表明兒子的手指能完全康復及像往常般靈活，甚至不排除會有缺陷，其中指甲可能不能再長出來。
他說，在醫生勸告下，孩子自事發后已沒去學校上課，免得在學校觸及傷口。
他本身為了照顧及處理孩子的事，已多天沒駕羅厘前往新加坡送貨，目前正計劃在芙蓉另找工作。

这也是继Central Park电讯塔拆除后，当地居民再一次齐声抗议下，被令停工拆除的电讯塔。这也显示了地方议会尊重民意以及在处理非法电讯塔的课题上非常高效率。

SEREMBAN 2 – Penduduk di Jalan RK6/1, Rasah Kemayan, di sini berhimpun bagi menyatakan bantahan terhadap sebuah menara telekomunikasi yang kini sedang dibina berhampiran kawasan perumahan terbabit.
Perhimpunan aman yang disertai kira-kira 40 penduduk itu menggesa supaya pembinaan menara telekomunikasi di atas tanah milik persendirian itu dihentikan kerana didakwa terlalu hampir dengan rumah penduduk. Malah, penduduk turut mempertikaikan kewajaran pembinaan menara itu kerana terdapat sebuah lagi menara telekomunikasi beberapa meter dari situ yang telah didirikan sejak kira-kira tiga tahun lalu.
Bagaimanapun, berlaku sedikit ketegangan semalam apabila pemilik tanah menghalang penduduk bersama Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Bukit Kepayang, Cha Kee Chin daripada memasuki kawasan menara berkenaan.
Hasil perbincangan ADUN dengan pemilik tanah berkenaan, ketegangan dapat diredakan, dan akhirnya kata sepakat dicapai selepas kedua-dua pihak bersetuju menyelesaikan masalah berkenaan secara baik.
Wakil penduduk, Azlan Maamor, 35, berkata, beliau menyedari sebuah menara bakal didirikan kira-kira 20 meter di belakang kawasan rumahnya pada Rabu lalu sebaik pulang dari kerja di sebelah petang.
“Bagi saya, pembinaan itu tidak sepatutnya dijalankan kerana ia terlalu hampir dengan rumah. Malah, sebelum ini pun sudah ada satu menara telekomunikasi di situ tetapi kita tidak membantah. Menurutnya, kewujudan menara telekomunikasi baru ini sememangnya merisaukan 280 pemilik rumah di situ dan berharap tindakan segara dilakukan untuk memastikan penduduk tidak berhadapan dengan masalah kesihatan.
“Sepatutnya, syarikat telekomunikasi terbabit perlu merujuk kepada penduduk terlebih dahulu sebelum mendirikan pencawang untuk mengelakkan sebarang rasa tidak puas hati,” katanya kepada Sinar Harian, di sini semalam.
Bagi Lim Bee Kuan, 34, pembinaan menara itu dikhuatiri akan menyebabkan kesan radiasi terhadap penduduk, terutama kanak-kanak untuk jangka masa panjang. “Kalau orang dewasa, ia tiada masalah. tetap kami bimbang kesannya terhadap anak-anak kami yang masih kecil. Boleh dikatakan sebahagian besar penduduk di sini mempunyai anak kecil,” katanya.
Paul Williams, 52, pula berharap pihak berkuasa tempatan (PBT) mengambil perhatian terhadap masalah penduduk di situ dengan membuat siasatan sama ada pembinaan menara berkenaan mengikut syarat yang ditetapkan. “Kalau ia mendapat kebenaran PBT, sebaiknya ia dibina jauh sedikit. Tetapi kalau pembinaan ini tidak mendapat kelulusan, PBT seharusnya mengarahkan ia dihentikan serta-merta,” katanya.

（芙蓉20日讯）被打劫而失去大马卡, 在武吉甲巴央区州议员谢琪清的协助下，成功在1星期内获得新的大马卡。
来自百美花园的林顺进（34岁）日前在芙蓉沉香路口一间茶餐室旁被洗劫，身上所有的财物，都被歹徒抢光。案发过后，事主马上到邻近的警察局作出投报。
当他要报案被洗劫时，有关的警务人员教唆他不要报被劫，就当作是遗失钱包。该警员甚至告诉林氏， 若报案被洗劫， 在报案后需要见查案官， 以及拿口供。
林氏在报案隔天到国民登记局重新申请身份证时，却被告知将会被罚款马币310令吉， 因为他曾经遗失生份证。当时他感觉不知所措，而求助于武吉甲巴央区州议员谢琪清，向谢氏投诉有关案件。
谢琪清听过林氏的投诉后，立刻与有关的警察局交涉。经过与有关的警务人员交涉后， 警方同意让林氏重新报案。
林氏向国民登记局出示新的报案纸后， 国民登记局就以身份证被抢， 而免费为林氏补发新的大马卡。林氏在申请后的一个星期， 就被告知可以领取新的大马卡。 林氏非常感激谢氏的协助， 使到他能在无须付费的情况下， 获得补发大马卡。
谢琪清呼吁警方在接受报案时， 应该让报案者讲真话， 而不是教唆报案者 “改变事实”。

日記簿沒列資料 民聯議員炮轟州政府
（芙蓉16日訊）森州政府的日記簿內沒反對黨國州議員資料，引起民聯議員不滿，認為州政府的行為是不尊敬人民的選擇。

森州政府每年都會推出各種大小不同的日記簿，往年在日記簿內都會印有州內各國州議員、各政府部門主管的資料及聯絡電話。
去年年初，森州內雖然只有唯一一名反對黨議員，即羅白州議員陸兆福，但陸氏的資料有被印在該年日記簿內，但今年森州政府推出3本不同尺寸的日記簿，當中有兩本日記簿內都沒任何反對黨國州議員的資料。
擬州議會提問
武吉甲巴央州議員謝琪清今日在記者會上說，森州政府的2009年日記簿內，並沒列進民聯3名國會議員及15州議員的資料。
他透露，日記簿內的國會議員及州議員名表中，只有國陣國州議員的資料，他會見森州秘書拿督末阿里表達不滿。
他指出，由于州政府日記簿內的州秘書依然是上任秘書的名字，相信當局做出修改時，也應將民聯國州議員資料補上。
芙蓉國會議員約翰芬南迪說，國州議員是代表著馬來西亞人民，州政府應就這次事件向民聯議員及人民道歉，並給予解釋。
新那旺州議員P古拿透露，國州議員是以民主方式由人民選出，他稱讚森州務大臣是一名好人，而且民聯議員都尊敬他，但如今大臣不尊敬民聯議員，他將在州議會上提問這次事件。

甫出世男嬰昏迷1月‧父母促解釋醫生兩次回應不同
（森美蘭‧芙蓉）一名男嬰出生後昏迷不醒，至今將近1個月，目前僅靠儀器來維持生命，悲痛的父母促院方給予合理解釋，並表示保留起訴權利。
男嬰的父親法蘭西（32歲，工廠執行員）和母親姆斯芭（28歲，工廠執行員）都是沙巴人，他們週一（1月12日）要求芙蓉端姑查化中央醫院對造成嬰孩昏迷不醒作出解釋。
法蘭西說，妻子因感覺胎兒沒有動靜，於是在去年12月12日前往醫院檢查及入院，並於12月14日下午3時許誕下3.78公斤的男嬰，但醫生告訴他，孩子出世後一直沒有動、也沒有睜開眼睛或哭，情況危急。
出生迄今沒離開氧氣箱
他表示，這是他們夫妻的第一胎，嬰孩出生迄今一直沒離開過氧氣箱，他們甚至不曾抱過他一下。
他向記者出示男嬰的照片，照片顯示躺在氧氣箱內的嬰孩額頭上有明顯的瘀青，雙眼緊閉，頭部套上氧氣管。
他說，他曾多次向院方及主治醫生瞭解嬰孩昏迷不醒的原因，但醫生兩次的解釋上竟給予不同理由。
“對方每次都說，嬰孩情況危急，因為腦部有瘀血、肺部衰弱等，對於為何造成孩子昏迷一事，一直無法給予解釋。”
他說，他於12月20日向院長投訴，當時有3名醫生接見他們，並承諾會徹查，同時在近期內通知調查結果，但他們至今尚未接獲院方的電話。
醫生沒知會用儀器吸出孩子
講到孩子的情況，姆斯芭忍不住多度落淚，她說，14日早上7時許，她的子宮頸已張開4公分，中午12時她感到肚子疼痛，於是她立即告訴醫生。
“可是，醫生卻說子宮頸尚未張開到10公分，還不可以生產，直到下午1時45分，我的子宮頸張開到10公分後，醫護人員決定為我催生。”
她說，生產時她已用盡全力，但無法擠出孩子，待在產房裡的丈夫被醫務人員請出去後，醫生在沒有知會她的情況下，用儀器將孩子吸出來。
“嬰孩被吸盤器取出後，醫護人員把孩子放在她胸前一會，我發現嬰孩沒有動，也沒有哭，過後孩子就被送往加護病房，並被套上氧氣管。”
她說，生產前，醫生只告訴她有關剖腹生產及自然生產的風險，卻沒有提到吸盤器拿出嬰兒的風險。
產房內護士催促夫簽文件
法蘭西說，妻子生產時，他在妻子要求下進入產房陪伴約20分鐘，期間妻子已用盡全力，但仍無法擠出孩子。
“這時，一名護士以極不友善的態度要求妻子‘認真’用力，否則她將會被醫生責罵。”
他說，過後，在生產房內的醫生指示護士給他簽署一份文件，由於當時場面混亂，加上護士不斷催促他立即簽名，他便在不瞭解文件內容下簽名，其後護士就指示他離開產房，到外等候。
他指出，根據醫生出示孩子心臟跳動圖標顯示，孩子出事前的心臟跳動正常，可是，出世後，孩子的心臟跳動即變成一條直線。
謝琪清：已致電院方
醫生指康復機會不樂觀
武吉甲巴央州議員謝琪清表示，他已針對此事致電男嬰的主治醫生，對方坦言男嬰腦部有瘀血，康復機會不樂觀，目前必須依靠儀器維持生命。
“醫生也說，如果沒有被細菌感染，男嬰就不會有生命危險。”
他表示，有關醫生接獲其投訴信後，將會召開內部會議，然後呈交報告給院長，再由院長召集涉及當天生產過程的醫護人員與男嬰父母會面。
他說，由於這起事件是關乎男嬰的生命，而且是危在旦夕，因此，他希望院方能夠儘快解決上述問題。

（芙蓉十三日讯）芙蓉新城中央花园 （Central Park）“巴黎铁塔” 终于被拆了！
困扰该区居民将近3个星期的芙蓉新城中央花园高达100尺的电讯塔， 终于在12/01/2009 (星期一)上午，被相关电讯公司的员工动用重型吊机，在短短的4个小时把它完全拆除。
超过150名当地居民曾经在1月4日连同武吉甲巴央区州议员谢琪清一同抗议有关看似 “巴黎铁塔” 的电讯塔。 经过谢琪清向芙蓉市议会反映， 获得芙蓉市议会的高度关注及采取立即的行动。
芙蓉市议会立即发出传票及下令有关电讯公司在 14 天内拆除该电讯塔。 有关电讯公司也尊重市议会的指令， 立即采取拆除电讯塔。
拆除电讯塔当天，有关公司的高级公关经理罗丝琳达也亲自来到该处与武吉甲巴央区州议员谢琪清以及芙蓉新城中央花园的居民对话。
罗丝琳达更三番四次表示，对这次公司向居民所造成的不便之处，深感遗憾。 他同时也承诺该公司在未来会听取民意后才安装电讯塔， 以确保类似的时间不会重演。
居民对该电讯塔能在短期内被拆除， 以还他们一个安全及健康的生活环境， 深感高兴以及满意。
武吉甲巴央区州议员谢琪清表示，他对整件事情能够在短短的3个星期内圆满结束，深表满意。 他也赞赏该公司积极的态度以及书面公开道歉， 更希望此事件能成为其他电讯公司的借镜。

The telco tower situated at S2 Central Park (opposite Jusco) has finally been removed after 3 weeks of nightmare it haunts the residents.
Thanks again for the shown of support from the residents in our earlier demonstration against the said tower. Although i had a heated argument with the landowner when we staged the discussion. But everything happened since then has on our side.
We must of course thank Yang Dipertua Dato' Halim for his willingness in listening to residents' will and his quick respond to the matter. Thank you Yang Dipertua.
I hope all telco companies will first listen to the local residents' will before building any telco tower in the future.

Menara Telekomunikasi Central Park S2--Haram!!!!
SEREMBAN – Majlis Perbandaran Seremban (MPS) mengesahkan pembinaan menara telekomunikasi yang terletak berdekatan kawasan perumahan Central Park, Seremban 2 di sini, didirikan secara haram kerana belum mendapat kelulusan daripada pihak berkuasa tempatan (PBT).
Yang Dipertua MPS, Datuk Abd Halim Abd Latif berkata, hasil siasatan pihaknya mendapati menara tersebut dibina tanpa mendapat kebenaran MPS terlebih dulu dan tidak menolak kemungkinan ia juga tidak mematuhi undang-undang yang ditetapkan Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM).
Beliau turut menyifatkan tindakan syarikat telekomunikasi terbabit sebagai ‘biadab’ kerana dipercayai mendirikan menara tersebut ketika hari cuti bagi mengelakkan perbuatannya dikesan pihak berkuasa.
“Kita sudah semak dan mendapati memang ia tiada kebenaran. Saya tak pasti syarikat mana yang pasang tetapi kita akan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya. Bagi saya, perbuatan seperti itu (mendirikan tanpa kebenaran) sebagai ‘biadab’,” katanya.
Berikutan itu, katanya, MPS akan mengambil tindakan tegas dengan menyita kawasan berkenaan dalam masa terdekat ini serta mengenakan kompaun, dalam masa masa sama mengarahkan syarikat telekomunikasi terbabit menyelaraskan semula permohonan mereka berdasarkan undang-undang.
“Kalau ada keperluan serta tidak melanggar peraturan SKMM, kita boleh pertimbangkan. Tetapi kalau dia melanggar peraturan SKMM, kita minta mereka buka semula menara tersebut atau kita sendiri yang akan merobohkannya,” katanya kepada Sinar Harian di sini semalam.
Abd Halim berkata demikian merujuk kepada tindakan lebih 100 penduduk kawasan itu yang mengadakan demonstrasi aman, seperti dilaporkan di muka depan Sinar Harian, kelmarin sebagai membantah kewujudan sebuah menara telekomunikasi yang terletak berhampiran dengan kawasan kediaman mereka sejak kira-kira dua minggu lalu.
Penduduk berbuat demikian kerana bimbang kewujudan menara tersebut akan menjejaskan kesihatan mereka berikutan kemungkinan kesan radiasi, selain keselamatan berikutan menara itu dikatakan hanya beberapa ratus meter daripada rumah mereka, selain sebuah pasar raya dan beberapa restoran tumpuan ramai.
Dalam pada itu, Abd Halim berkata, MPS sebenarnya telah mengetahui lebih awal berkaitan kewujudan menara telekomunikasi haram itu iaitu sebelum demonstrasi itu berlangsung.
Beliau berkata, pihaknya telah pun meninjau kawasan berkenaan dan dalam masa sama pihaknya telah pun bersedia untuk mengambil tindakan sewajarnya berdasarkan kepada maklumat yang dikumpulkan.
“Kita memandang serius perkara ini kerana ia bukan saja melanggar peraturan, sebaliknya turut menyusahkan orang ramai. Sepatutnya, syarikat telekomunikasi terbabit perlu memastikan segala peraturan dipatuhi,” katanya.

“Kita sudah semak dan mendapati memang ia tiada kebenaran. Saya tak pasti syarikat mana yang pasang tetapi kita akan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya. Bagi saya, perbuatan seperti itu (mendirikan tanpa kebenaran) sebagai ‘biadab’,” katanya.
Berikutan itu, katanya, MPS akan mengambil tindakan tegas dengan menyita kawasan berkenaan dalam masa terdekat ini serta mengenakan kompaun, dalam masa masa sama mengarahkan syarikat telekomunikasi terbabit menyelaraskan semula permohonan mereka berdasarkan undang-undang.
“Kalau ada keperluan serta tidak melanggar peraturan SKMM, kita boleh pertimbangkan. Tetapi kalau dia melanggar peraturan SKMM, kita minta mereka buka semula menara tersebut atau kita sendiri yang akan merobohkannya,” katanya kepada Sinar Harian di sini semalam.
Abd Halim berkata demikian merujuk kepada tindakan lebih 100 penduduk kawasan itu yang mengadakan demonstrasi aman, seperti dilaporkan di muka depan Sinar Harian, kelmarin sebagai membantah kewujudan sebuah menara telekomunikasi yang terletak berhampiran dengan kawasan kediaman mereka sejak kira-kira dua minggu lalu.
Penduduk berbuat demikian kerana bimbang kewujudan menara tersebut akan menjejaskan kesihatan mereka berikutan kemungkinan kesan radiasi, selain keselamatan berikutan menara itu dikatakan hanya beberapa ratus meter daripada rumah mereka, selain sebuah pasar raya dan beberapa restoran tumpuan ramai.
Dalam pada itu, Abd Halim berkata, MPS sebenarnya telah mengetahui lebih awal berkaitan kewujudan menara telekomunikasi haram itu iaitu sebelum demonstrasi itu berlangsung.
Beliau berkata, pihaknya telah pun meninjau kawasan berkenaan dan dalam masa sama pihaknya telah pun bersedia untuk mengambil tindakan sewajarnya berdasarkan kepada maklumat yang dikumpulkan.
“Kita memandang serius perkara ini kerana ia bukan saja melanggar peraturan, sebaliknya turut menyusahkan orang ramai. Sepatutnya, syarikat telekomunikasi terbabit perlu memastikan segala peraturan dipatuhi,” katanya.

Residents say no to telco tower in Seremban 2
A TELECOMMUNICATIONS transmission tower set up in haste near a residential area in Seremban 2 has irked residents and nearby small business operators.
More than 100 residents gathered recently at the site of the transmission tower, which is located just metres away from two restaurants, to protest against the structure which they claimed may be a potential health hazard.
For a cause: Residents from Central Park in Seremban 2 protesting against the setting up of a telecomunications transmission tower near their homes. The residents, mainly from Central Park, whose homes are just a few hundred metres away from the tower, sought the help of Bukit Kepayang assemblyman Cha Kee Chin to resolve the issue.
Cha said he had already conveyed the residents’ concern in a memorandum to the Seremban Municipal Council (MPS) as well as the state energy, water and communications committee chairman Datuk Ismail Lasim.
“I have yet to receive a reply from the authorities so we do not know if the structure was approved. It was built over a three-week period during the recent holiday season and many residents were not aware that a transmission tower was being built until the final structure was put up.
“The first thing is to establish if the tower was approved. At the moment, it is being energised by a diesel-powered generator which is in itself causing air and noise pollution. We also have to speak to the landowner as the tower is situated on private property,” he said.
Cha hoped that the local authorities would in future be cautious when approving plans to set up telecommunications base stations or towers within or nearby residential areas.
“Although the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) guidelines on these towers state that it is not a health hazard, its difficult to allay the fears of residents.
“Many residents worry about the long-term effect of being exposed to these towers and we cannot blame them as nobody can guarantee that emissions from these towers will not pose health risks in the future.
“So, it is up to the authorities to practice caution when approving these towers,” he said.
Residents said there was no reason to set up another transmission tower in the area as mobile phone reception, especially in the vicinity, was good.
“Why don’t the authorities have better guidelines on the setting up of these towers?
“This is not the first time that residents are protesting against such structures being built near homes. The authorities should take note and be more concerned about the health and safety of residents,” said one resident who refused to be named.
Another resident, Soon Kong Seng, 60, said the smell from the diesel-powered generator being used to supply electricity to the tower was unbearable.
“Although my home is located more than a few hundred metres away, we still can smell the diesel,” he said.
Another resident, who only wanted to be known as Raja, said the setting up of the tower took many of the residents by surprise.
“Many of us were busy during the holiday season and hardly noticed the work going on.
“If we had known earlier about the tower, we would have definitely protested before the structure was built.” he said.
Currently, guidelines on Safety and Health Aspects of Base Stations and Mobile Phones issued by the Health Ministry has also showed that people living nearby would not face any harmful effect.
Cha said he had also raised the matter with the state Department of Environment and was told that a team would be dispatched to the site to assess if the noise coming from the diesel-powered generator was within the permissible level.

患病多年未獲正視病情‧婦女不滿醫院馬虎看診
（森美蘭‧芙蓉）一名不良於行的婦女控訴，她患病數年來，一直沒有獲得芙蓉端姑查化中央醫院醫生正視病情，尤其最近其左臀部及肛門之間的部位發炎潰爛，已經令她對醫院的醫務人員失去信心。
她也要求芙蓉端姑查化醫院針對她在肉體上所承受的痛苦作出賠償。
張水春：傷口潰爛痛不欲生
來自芙蓉新城Garden Avenue的張水春（55歲）申訴，她於2002年患上不明病症，導致其雙腳無力行走及經常劇痛，一直都無法醫好。
“幾年來，我的雙腳越來越沒有力，而且已經萎縮和沒有知覺，最近，左臀部及肛門之間部位發炎潰爛，傷口約寸半深，劇痛令我每天痛不欲生。
醫生不曾檢查雙腳
她週二（1月6日）向報界表示，為了治病，她去了芙蓉端姑查化醫院無數次，但每一次看診，醫生總是隨便問幾句，然後就開藥方，不曾檢查其雙腳的情況。
她聲稱，每當去看病時，醫務人員發現她是殘障人士，往往以輕視的態度對待她，令她非常難受。
“醫生根本不瞭解我所面對的痛苦，那種痛令我講話都變得很吃力，如口吃般，我根本無法控制自己，現在的我是有口難言，有苦難訴。”
“我不是要博取同情，我只是要政府瞭解我及其他患有同樣病情的人的痛苦，希望政府不要輕視殘障人士。”
甘桂生：妻子病情無法好轉
張水春的丈夫甘桂生（54歲，羅里跟車員）說，妻子因行動不便，必須依靠雙手撐著地面來拖行，由於後臀部長期磨擦地面，造成左臀部及肛門之間部位受傷潰爛。
他表示曾帶妻子去芙蓉端姑查化醫院專科就醫，但醫生看來沒有認真診斷，態度隨便，而醫生開出的藥方及藥膏，一直無法讓病況及傷口好轉。
他說，他也曾帶妻子去私人醫院醫治，但是，至今未有任何醫生能夠說明妻子到底患甚麼病，令一家人深感無奈。
他指出，他又帶妻子去晏斗一間診所就醫，這名醫生清洗傷口後，妻子後臀的傷口開始改善，該醫生聲稱有信心能治好傷口，卻因傷口很深，而需要較長的時間痊愈。
謝琪清：院方允進行詳細檢驗
武吉甲巴央州議員謝琪清週二向芙蓉端姑查化中央醫院的公關主任拉威醫生反映張水春的投訴後，拉威表示院方將會正視這項投訴，並答應為張水春進行詳細的檢驗。
謝琪清說，他向拉威提出兩項要求，一是把張水春的複診日期提前，二是要求院方詳細檢查張水春的傷口。
他指出，拉威答應第二個要求，第一個要求則需視情況才能作決定。
張水春的下一次就診預約是1月14日，謝琪清除了要求院方提早看診，同時也會跟進張氏之前提出的福利金申請。

“We depend on the land and the forest for our livelihood.
“How are we to earn a living or feed our families when outsiders come in here and just destroy our crops?
“Many of the fruit trees and herbs we use for medicinal purposes have been cleared by these trespassers. Even the temiang trees from which we make blowpipes for hunting were felled,” he said.

The headman said the orang asli had lodged two police reports against the encroachers but no action was taken.

“We have tried to stop them but our complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
“I just hope the authorities would be able to stop these people from coming on to our land,” said Uval, adding that the orang asli had stopped two excavators from further felling trees in their customary land last week.
He said the if the encroachers needed to pass through their land, they should pay the orang asli some form of compensation if their trees were felled.
Many of the villagers are now living below the poverty line with an average household income of about RM300. Previously, their income was derived from selling forest produce and hunting which brought in about RM900 a month per family.
They claim the encroachment of their land and the felling of cash crops had led to a steady decline in income.

“We have always lived off the land... taking only what we needed for our daily consumption and livelihood.
“Even our traditional attire and tools are made from forest materials. We don’t want to lose our way of life,” he said.

“The customary land was given to us by the British government to enable us to hunt as well as to collect jungle produce. We cannot be running after outsiders all the time.
“The state authorities must understand that the forest is the life and soul of the orang asli.
“We have always lived off the land... taking only what we needed for our daily consumption and livelihood.
“Even our traditional attire and tools are made from forest materials. We don’t want to lose our way of life,” he said.

S2 Central Park電訊塔事件
周日的早上 ，連同S2 Central Park的逾百名居民，針對一夜之間建起的“巴黎鐵塔”電訊塔進行抗議行動，向政府，特別是地主表達居民的不滿和對電訊塔的恐慌。
抗議行動后，和馬來報記者到電訊塔旁的嘛嘛檔喝茶時，遇到了租出土地供電訊公司建該塔的華裔地主，我也走上向欲和對方商談此事，並告知對之居民的心聲。
但令我感到遺憾和生氣的是，該名“明知故犯”的地主態度非常囂張，同時也沒有要商談此事的態度。
我有理由相信，該名經營飲食業的地主老早已知道居民會進行此項抗議行動。
他看到我時，竟囂張的說：我不做這個塔，你們（行動黨）那裡有東西做？
他也透露，他早已預了居民會反對，但卻因其經營的飲食業生意不好，只有租出土地建電訊塔，至少一個月有幾千令吉的收入！
他更對我拋下一句：我有投你的喔！
在此，我要正重的聲明：
你（地主）生意不好，不代表就可妄顧居民的生命及健度，出賣自己的良心建一座百尺高的電訊塔。
我也感謝你有投我，但我是秉公處理居民的投訴，只要是不對的事，即使你是我選民，我依然會公正處理。
感謝你為我們行動黨議員的工作量和服務著想，所以我必須回報你，不會放輕這起電訊塔的跟進事件。
無論是大選前，又或是大選后出任議員，我處理很多宗和投訴案件，及與事主商討時，即使最終的結論無法令人滿意，我在臨走前仍會和對方握手致謝，謝謝對方抽出時間見面，願意面對一切及嘗試尋求方案。
今次，我沒和這名電訊塔的地主握手，因為我看不到對方欲商談的誠意！

家麗城居民天天防賊‧發展商將派保安員巡邏
（森美蘭‧芙蓉）“我們這裡幾乎天天進賊，發展商和市議會請救救我們！”
芙蓉家麗城花園治安每況愈下，爆竊、掠奪、偷輪胎頻頻發生，上週甚至連續發生5宗爆竊案，造成人心惶惶，紛紛要求發展商和芙蓉市議會關注治安問題，勿讓罪案日益猖獗。
家麗城花園共有800家住戶，被形容為治安壞的是路口前方的200間單層排屋，居民聲稱幾乎每天都會發生竊案。
住家沒人隨時會入賊
一批居民週一（12月29日）申訴，竊賊在一週內車連幾晚到此區撬開屋瓦潛入屋內幹案，大部份都是在晚間幹案，讓居民防不勝防。
居民說，竊賊主要目標是空無一人的住家，只要住家一沒人，隨時會成為下一個受害者，即使住戶只出門短短幾小時，也很可能被爆竊。
不排除賊從叢林潛入花園
他們指出，單層排屋旁有一個面積龐大的私人地段，很多隔壁花園的住戶及陌生人都從叢林進入該花園，因此，他們不排除竊賊是從叢林潛入幹案。
“叢林野草叢生，絕對是竊賊躲藏或逃走的好地點，如今叢林籬笆都破洞處處。”
他們補充，屋身太矮及橫巷沒有街燈照亮也是導致罪案發生的原因之一。
另外，居民也強調，他們不是合法的警衛或巡邏人，即使他們每晚展開追捕行動，也擔心會被竊賊反告濫用權利，因此，希望當局批准他們巡邏的權利，讓他們好辦事。
發展商週一晚上與居民對話
為瞭解除居民的擔憂，家麗城發展商將於週二（12月30日）晚上8時與居民展開對話會，以找出最佳的解決方案。
在居民向謝琪清作出投訴期間，發展商代表呂海庭也聞訊趕到現場，親自聆聽居民的問題和心聲。
擔心進賊徹夜難眠
居民朱英貴（46歲）
最近這裡幾乎天天進賊，讓居民們徹夜難眠，每晚都擔心住家遭爆竊。
就在週日（12月28日）晚上，居民聽到一間住家的屋頂發出聲音，就立即群體追捕竊徒，但卻找不到竊賊。
花園頻頻發生竊案，主要是花園隔壁有一塊叢林，野草叢生，不法之徒都會剪破叢林的籬笆，再潛入花園內幹案，之後就從叢林逃之夭夭。
叢林籬笆旁是一天橫巷，每晚都有陌生人把車停在此處，或有一群人坐在那裡喝酒，不但酒瓶堆積滿地，垃圾也亂亂丟，非常不衛生。
每當發生罪案，我都會聯合居民一起追賊，這週我總共追了4次，可想而知這裡的罪案已到了危險的地步。
我希望發展商能重視我們的問題，最重要是處理籬笆被剪破問題，最好就是筑起圍墻，杜絕陌生人從叢林進出。
即使我們已向當局投訴，但問題根本不獲解決。

我已瞭解居民的擔憂，週二將會與居民一起探討解決方案，希望能把罪案減至最低。
發展商會率先安排保安人員展開巡邏工作，同時會聆聽居民的聲音，儘量扮演好本身的角色。
我也希望該花園的睦鄰計劃能夠活躍起來，為打擊罪案盡一份努力。

家麗城竊案頻頻，居民已自動自發向當局尋找解決方案，可見居民已越來越擔心自身安全。
我曾向警方建議在這裡設立巡邏行程表，當時並沒有得到當局答應，我將會再次提出申請。
至於叢林橫路缺乏路燈問題，我也會向市議會提出申請，因為目前發展商已答應供應路燈，目前只欠市議會的批准而已。

民行州委挺張聒翔
（芙蓉29日訊）針對馬華聯委會秘書林輝明在馬口一項晚宴上抨擊民聯，森行動黨州委今日挺身而出，力挺馬口州議員張聒翔，並指林輝明發表不切實際言論，惡意中傷及誤導。
該黨森州秘書謝琪清今午在記者會上說，林輝明的言論帶有偏袒，並且存有惡意，所以張聒翔的離席是正確的，他們全體同仁支持其舉動及願意成為他的后盾。
出席記者會者尚包括副主席約翰芬南迪、組織秘書吳金財、婦女事務局秘書黃美美、副組織秘書鄭英強、州委李光興及朱建華。
指言論分化華社
他指出，林輝明的言論，目的是要分化華社，並對民聯及行動黨作出惡意指責，包括談及吉打州政府將50%的屋業賣給土著，並力數雪州及霹歷民聯政府的不是。
他說，林輝明在晚宴上所有指責，都是因為馬華在過去50年來，因為屈服于巫統所留下來的后遺症，而這些后遺症並非一朝一夕可以改變。
謝氏披露，宴會上林氏並沒對民聯在上台9個月來，作出了利惠人民的政策，因此希望林氏能針對所提出的10項政策作出評論。
他呼吁仁保區的領袖們，應該向前任馬華總秘書丹斯里陳祖排看齊講真話，針對霹靂州華裔新村獲得永久地契，指馬華50年來做不到的事情，民聯50天內做到。
無論如何，他希望馬華領袖在社團活動中，雖然要談及政治是無可厚非，但是必須說實話，不要以抹黑方式來作出攻擊，希望馬華森州聯委會主席拿督姚再添考慮撤換林輝明的州秘書職。
不尊重民聯議員
吳金財促社團檢討
森州行動黨組織秘書吳金財指出，民聯議員不受社團尊重，希望森州社團自我提升及檢討。
他指出，民聯的議員們，至目前為止，還沒受到社團的認同，同時在受邀出席社團的活動之際，沒受到尊重之余，連安排座位方面也不受尊重，針對這一點希望社團們能自我檢討。
吳氏披露，社團的活動及晚宴等，如今已被馬華領袖濫用于作為宣傳場所。
他希望華團領袖們能自我提升，要政府以制度化的撥款，並不是要向政府申請撥款才獲得，這樣才能解決經濟來源問題。

Looking back at last year, Malaysian has made a brave decision in giving a strong support to the Pakatan Rakyat. I was elected by you as State Assemblymen for Negeri Sembilan. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you who voted for me as well as those who did not, it drives me to work harder to serve u better as a YB (Yang Berkhidmat). The newly formed 2 party system would certainly brings changes to our society. It is my words here that i would make your votes count to bring you a better Bukit Kepayang, a better Seremban, a better Negeri Sembilan and of course a better Malaysia for Malaysian.
