选委会拆火箭布条党旗被民众包围 无法出示文件被轰

(波德申5日讯）波德申市议会与选委会官员拆除行动党布条与党旗引起骚乱，民联指责选委会双重标准，要他们也拆除非候选人纳吉之头像。

为数十多名的波德申市议会与选委会官员在昨晚约11时来到位于波德申9英里的行动党峇眼槟榔总协调中心门前拆除前晚的中秋晚会布条与行动党党旗。

当行动党日落洞国会议员黄泉安正在该中心外进行演讲时，芦骨州议员欧阳丁清发现有多名官员在外拆除布条，赶紧与武吉甲巴央州议员谢琪清到外与官员交涉。

在交涉过程中，约百多名出席者群情汹涌，嘘声连连，并将官员们汽车包围，不让其离开现场。

市议会与选委会是以行动党并非竞选政党，没有缴交按柜金为理由，拆除悬挂在行动党协调中心门外的一个大木牌上的布条与门前的党旗。谢琪清则指以中秋晚会是文化活动，且布条仅在协调中心门外悬挂，没有阻碍交通为由与对方周旋。

同时，谢琪清也表示纳吉并非候选人，该人头像也被允许悬挂在选区内，选委会与市议会明显是双重标准，并要求波德申市议会项行动党道歉。众人也要求执法单位前往4英里处国阵悬挂着黄燕燕与纳吉悬挂庆祝开斋节晚宴的布条。

当谢琪清问道是谁给予的指示时，市议会官员指是收到来自选委会的投诉，但当谢琪清向选委会官员质问的时候，而选委会则推搪说是上级官员的指示，但却无法出示任何的文件。

欧阳丁清则要求官员至少在拆除布条之前应先通知仅在协调中心内的行动党协调员。官员则辩称他们已经通知了来自民联的协调员。

约百名出席者包围官车 要求归还党旗布条

官员于后还是坚持拆除布条与党旗，并趁众人理论时把布条搬上货车。后来此举被支持者发现，众人把车子包围，不让车子离开。

此时，谢琪清向警方要求，只要把布条与党旗归还便能解决事件。之后，警方与官员商量后，最终答应将该布条与党旗被全数归还，解决了整件事情。

谢琪清较后召开记者会，严厉谴责市议会作一些无关痛痒的事情，并表示中秋晚会乃是文化的一环，理应被允许。

“选委会指我们并不是竞选政党，如果国阵能够悬挂其他盟党的布条，民联也必须享有同样的权利”

他也指出，国阵利用所有政府机关打压民联，不惜一切使用最肮脏的手段确保国阵候选人胜选。他也挑战波德申市议会，如欲拆除行动党布条，先拆除不是属于着去候选人纳吉的海报。

I was in DAP by-election canter in Bagan Pinang last night. We were having Ceramah attended by about 150 voters of the Bagan Pinang and Pakatan Leaders.

Everything went smooth until at about 11pm, when Sdr. Jeff Ooi was giving his speech. A few officers from MPPD and SPR stop in front of our center and started to remove our 'Pesta Tanglung' banner and our Party Flags.

Immediately, Sdr. Ean Yong and i come out to stop them for doing so.

At first, MPPD reasons for removing the banner was 'ini tak de permit, u perlu mohon permit daripada MPPD'. But after i explained to them that this is a cultural celebration by the Chinese, and they said 'kalau perayaan kebudayaan, tak de tulis kat banner tu, jadi kami tanggalkan lah'. Hearing this comment which is absolute absurd as there is Bahasa Malaysia written on the banner, i am surprised, but maybe the officers wasn't so well in reading?

Then come the SPR officers, they claim that DAP wasn't the contesting Party for this by-election. This is absolute bias and double standard they are practicing. Our PM Najib wasn't the candidate for this by-election, y i still see his photos and banner all over the constituency? Why was Ng Yen Yen and Najib's banner in Batu 4 inviting voters to attend Dinner were permitted?

When i asked the MPPD officers again, they said 'terima aduan daripada SPR', when i confronted SPR officer 'arahan daripada pegawai', when i asked, tunjuk arahan itu kepada saya, they failed to shown any order made by their "pegawai".

MPPD officers were trying to be chicky when i was arguing with the pegawai, they sneaked out and put the banner and flags into their vans. Lucky enough, the supporters spotted out and surrounded the van.

They refused to return the banner and flags to us at first and insisting of 'tunggulah hingga pagi besok'. So i proposed to the police officer who came to be the middle man, 'pulangkan semua harta benda kami, dan kita settled malam ni'. The police officer persuaded the MPPD and SPR officers, and we got back our flags and banner.

It was unfair if BN and its component parties were allowed to hang their poster and banner, but Pakatan was not allowed to do the same. They keep claiming BN has been registered and Pakatan Wasn't. Maybe the officers could enlightened me on which section of Election law has required so.
