（芙蓉6 日讯）民主行动党森州秘书谢琪清律师批评槟城州前朝国阵政府及前首席部长丹斯里许子根为目前发生的豆蔻村事件的罪魁祸首。

谢氏表示，豆蔻村的州属土地是在2004年8月18日及2005年6月8日，两次由当时的槟城州政府在州行政议会，批准给槟城公务员合作社。当时的地价为每方英尺20零吉，在当时的首席部长许子根接受巫统副首席部长的建议后，每方英尺的价格降至10零吉。

本身也是武吉甲巴央区州议员的谢琪清严厉谴责当时的国阵州政府及当时的首席部长才是今天豆蔻村居民面对搬迁事件的[ 幕后黑手]。

谢氏批评以[走后门] 方式上京入阁的许子根没有勇气面对在其领导下的州政府在2004年及2005年的错误决定.当事国阵政府，槟城政府的决定对印裔社群不公平，意图把印裔社会连根拔起。

他表示以林冠英为首的现任槟州政府在豆蔻村事件上也是受害者，而且也没有能力赔偿给相关的发展商。

谢氏表示，根据他向其中一位槟州行政议员了解，在2009年，槟州政府合并的财政预算是大约马币4.4亿零吉，而诺州政府要收回有关土地则须赔偿大约3亿零吉给有关发展商。试问槟州政府哪有能力收回有关地段，除非是联邦政府肯[ 拔刀相助]？

谢氏批评许子根近期针对豆蔻村的言论，只在在的显示出许子根把根本的问题，就是州行政议会在2004及2005年批准土地给合作社的决定及后果,推得一干二净

In regards of Kampung Buah Pala land scam in Penang, the former BN Government must be responsible for what has happened today.

Kampung Buah Pala was alienated to the private company in 2 parts in the year of 2004 and 2005 with the consent of the former BN government EXCO meeting. Furthermore, although the price for the land was valued at RM20 per square feet, but the former CM, Koh Tsu Khoon has reduced the premium to only RM10 after being persuaded by the UMNO DCM.

I condemn the the decision of former BN government in making such decision. Kampung Buah Pala land should not have being alienated without the prior notice of the villagers staying there.

Minister Koh should not have evade his responsibility in this issue, this is no doubt an utterly wrong decision to make.

Now, the Federal Court has made a decision not in favour of the villagers which is irreversible. The current Penang government has been left little to do. Compulsory acquired the land back certainly isn't a wise move as it would collapsed the Penang economy. Yearly income of Penang government is only about 400 Millions, Penang government will collapsed if compulsory acquired the land which will cost about 300 millions.
